So also, questioning the time for the Classic…..7 to 2? Seems rather brief?
Are we planning to do any type cookout maybe Friday evening which would be a decent time to make bylaw proposals and vote? (Thursday is good as well)

I’m not sure how many read the site anymore but just wanted to make some comments that MAYBE will be seen:
#1 - Why have a meeting on Tuesday prior to a Friday tournament when we can have a meeting on Thursday or Friday evening, more members would be in attendance? A meeting that would cover bylaw updates…
#2 - October tournament on Friday & Saturday or just Friday? Classic tournament on Saturday & Sunday or just Sunday? I think the site says Club event on Friday & Saturday with Classic a one day, Sunday. I’m not saying this is wrong, I just can’t remember the meeting and normally the Classic is over two days. Either way is fine, just wanted to ask.I know I took notes but now would have to find the notes!

All i can answer is this. Tournament was voted on to be on Friday and Saturday, Classic on Sunday.
