Falls event Saturday
Just a update:
Falls water levels have remained higher than expected due to Goldsboro / Kinston flooding.....they simply are holding back the release flow. I’m not changing plans at the moment but will continue to monitor and advise everyone the best I can. You can view the US Corps of Engineers website and select Water Management under the most requested topics and it will show a map of NC cities & water levels. Goldsboro is expected to drop by 2’ by Friday so hopefully that will be a chain reaction with Falls Lake as well..... of course forecast are just that and we know about NC weather.
