Canceled Meeting....
I’m sure some will agree and others disagree but I felt that canceling the meeting 5/11 was the correct decision! Regardless the distance to drive.
My comments are because of the obvious panic that the general public displays!
I allotted Tuesday AM to fish a little, do some paperwork and leave for the meeting (plans prior to Governor Shit for Brains announcement to not hoard gas))! You know what happens when you’re told NOT to do something!!! Well, I passed 30 stations Tuesday AM planning to fill up prior to the meeting(not a line at any station). Tuesday about 1230 I left Falls and every station in Wake Forest was slammed or closed. Rolesville stations were closed as well and now I’m down to 25 miles remaining so I’m headed to a Mom/Pop gas station in hopes they are open!! If not they have a big parking lot I can leave my truck/boat....!
Luckily they were open and only about 8 cars on the lot. I swung the truck & boat in!! Lady told me to get whatever I wanted....so truck and boat are both good!!
